In early 2008, Oceanland Properties will be bringing to market approximately 15 oceanview and 1 oceanfront building lots on the Peninsula.

These westward facing lots will be approximately 2 acres in size and will have deeded ocean access. Roads, electricity and telephone services are already in place. In total, there are approximately 50 oceanfront and 50 oceanview lots on the Peninsula, spread over several hundred acres of pristine pine forest. To date, over 20 homes have been built on the Peninsula by both summer and year-round residents.
